Our fragrant and aromatic broth is the outcome of slow simmering of beef shank, bone marrow, traditional herbs and spices. Hot broth is added to rice noodles and topped with your choices of meat, garnished with fresh scallion, cilantro and onion. Phở is served with a side of bean sprouts, basil leaves, jalapeño and lime.
